1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if a valid cancellation request has been approved in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. A refund will be considered only when the service or course has not been accessed, delivered, started, or availed in any form.
2. Refund Amount
Upon successful cancellation, the total amount paid by the user will be refunded. However, platform fees, payment gateway charges, processing fees, or any non-refundable transactional costs deducted by third-party service providers are not refundable under any circumstances.
The refundable amount will therefore be the total payment made minus applicable platform or gateway charges.
3. Courses and Training Programs
For online or offline courses, refunds are permitted only if the user has not logged into the learning platform, accessed course materials, attended any sessions, or received any academic or training-related benefits.
4. Digital Marketing & IT Services
For service-based projects, refunds are allowed only if the project has not commenced, no deliverables have been shared, and no resources have been allocated. Once work has started, refunds will not be applicable.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels provided by Skillshetra. Each request will be reviewed to verify eligibility based on service usage, access logs, and project status.
6. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within a reasonable processing period. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Platform fees or payment gateway charges.
- Services or courses that have already been accessed or availed.
- Partial usage of services or attendance of course sessions.
- Delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
8. Policy Updates
Skillshetra reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated effective date.
